Dimitris Fragos graduated from the University of Thessaly from the Department of Physical Education and Sports with a specialization in indoor exercise.
He has been working professionally since 2009 as an instructor and considers that Pilates is the perfectly way for reprogramming the body.
Also he is a master trainer on “pilates teachers training” in KEDIVIM program, at the University of Thessaly.

Body-mind connection and awareness in the ways that we stand, move and breathe in class and furhtermore in our everyday life is what keeps me interested and inspired. Hi! I am Afroditi Kotsopoulou and I have bachelor degree of Physical Education and Sport Science. Also I am about to finish my master degree of Exercise, Ergospirometry and Rehabilitation at Medical University of Thessaly. I am passionate about fitness. For me physical exercise is a way of life in order to be healthy, happy, focus, productive and so many other things that I would love to share them with you in my classes! Enjoy!

My name is Maria Chroni and I have graduated from The Centre – Performing Arts College in London and afterwards from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance, from which I have also obtained my BA(hons) in Dance. Throughout the years I have been in London I was working as a freelance dancer on different projects collaborating with artists from different fields. Afterwards I worked in Berlin for 2 years as a dancer/performer and in the mid while also as ballet and contemporary instructor in private dance schools and also as a barre method/workout instructor in fitness studios.
