Alexandros
My name is Alexandros Romaidis, I am a graduate of IEK SVIE in the specialty of assistant physiotherapist and at the same time a student in the department of physiotherapy of the Metropolitan College. I have been working for the last five years as a freelancer where I offer wellness massage services, therapeutic massage, physiotherapeutic rehabilitation therapy which also includes neurological cases. In the massage I use various techniques from relaxing, trigger point, deep tissue, sports and cupping. During a session I usually apply most of the techniques depending on the needs of the patient and depending on the part of the body that will be applied. Wellness massage can be done either full body or in some anatomical areas and usually lasts one hour.

I am a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at NKUA and a professional dancer, having completed my studies at the Higher Professional Dance School “Chorochronos”. For me, movement is more than exercise — it’s a way to express, empower, and reconnect with the body.
From a young age, I have been deeply involved in both fitness and dance, and in recent years I have focused on the Pilates method. Through my work, I design programs that blend strength, flow, and control, offering a complete movement experience that activates the body and helps you rediscover its natural balance.
My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and truly enjoy the process of exercise.

As a pilates student myself from 2020 I have grown to love this method and I want to transmit the same feeling to my students. I love seeing people evolving and growing stronger, more flexible and confident through the therapeutic pilates method. My programmes are always adjustable to all kinds of bodies and fitness levels.

Dimitris Fragos graduated from the University of Thessaly from the Department of Physical Education and Sports with a specialization in indoor exercise.
He has been working professionally since 2009 as an instructor and considers that Pilates is the perfectly way for reprogramming the body.
Also he is a master trainer on “pilates teachers training” in KEDIVIM program, at the University of Thessaly.
