Life is for living and I strive for harmony and greater balance between these areas every day, and that is what I try to help my clients achieve. Always interested in sport and fitness. My passion for health and fitness makes me focus on improving my knowledge base and exercise arsenal with scientifically sound training principles and cutting-edge techniques. I try to create a fun and challenging environment when doing so.
Hi I’m Tanya. I’ve been blessed to have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years now both Nationally and Internationally. Having been mentored and trained by some of the Industry’s top people globally. My mission and goal is to bring to you a positive and structured class but most of all enjoyment and passion through music, movement and training no matter your level. As one of my teachers once told me: Positive Attitude Creates Excellence. I look forward to meeting you in the Studio 🙂
I am constantly fascinated by what a human body can achieve. I love sharing yoga with others and exploring our limits through practice.
A sense of well-being painted on my students’ face after the lesson is my reward. Yoga succeeds in exercising the body on multiple levels. Flexibility, Balance, Strength, Focus are some of the benefits (of Yoga). A lesson tailored to each person’s needs, regardless of gender and age.
